Children’s safety at the heart of every activity

At Kids Trip Swiss, children’s safety is an essential priority. Every camp, outing, birthday party, water activity, ski camp or room rental is organised to offer children a reassuring, supervised and age-appropriate environment.

Based in the Canton of Vaud and active across French-speaking Switzerland, we apply concrete safety measures to support children with care, attention and professionalism.

Our goal is simple: to let children enjoy enriching experiences while giving parents a high level of confidence.

Careful supervision adapted to children

Every Kids Trip Swiss activity is supervised by attentive activity leaders who are present, responsible and aware of children’s safety needs. Group organisation is designed to provide close supervision and quality support throughout the day.

We provide approximately 1 activity leader for 8 children, ensuring sufficient presence, better responsiveness and supervision adapted to the needs of the group.

This structure allows children to fully enjoy their activities while evolving in a well-organised, caring and secure environment.

Water activities: reinforced safety during summer

During summer, special attention is given to safety during water activities. The relevant activity leaders hold the Plus Pool certificate with lake module, allowing them to supervise children in suitable conditions around pools or water areas.

Before certain water activities, a swimming test may be carried out to assess each child’s level. Children are then equipped according to their age, confidence in the water and identified needs.

For children who cannot swim, armbands are mandatory. Younger children, especially those aged 4 to 6, are directed to suitable areas such as paddling pools whenever the activity allows it.

An organisation designed to reassure families

Kids Trip Swiss wants important information to be easily accessible to families. This safety page helps parents better understand the measures applied during camps, outings, birthday parties, transport, water activities and ski camps.

Every child is different. If your child has specific needs, allergies, a medical condition, fear of water, mobility difficulties or any other important safety-related information, we recommend sharing it with us before the activity.

This information allows the team to take the necessary precautions and adapt supervision whenever possible.

Communication with parents is essential to ensure a calm, safe and suitable experience for each child.
